NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2012, and entered in Case No.2011-003220-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PIPERS GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., is Plaintiff, and MELISSA LAZIO is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 28, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 43, PIPER'S GLEN, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 1 and 2, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
