NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11007539CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and SEAN MICHOT CAROL MICHOT, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of December, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 39, of Ellinwood Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 109, Pages 21, 22, and 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
