YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, to recover monetary damages resulting from a tenant eviction from a commercial property located at 3780 Tampa Road, Units 4, 5, and 6, Oldsmar, Florida 34677, Pinellas County, Florida and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, to Jessica F. Watts, Attorney for the herein referenced Plaintiff, whose address is 1822 North Belcher Road, Suite 200, Clearwater, Florida 33765 on or before the 21 day of December, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; or a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the THIRD AMENDED Complaint or Petition.
