NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-022846 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Susan Rubsamen are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 41 AND 42 AND WEST 7.5 FEET OF LOT 43, BLOCK D, NAVAJO PARK REVISED AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY. FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
