NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015204 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Charles Schwab f/k/a Charles Schwab Bank, NA, Plaintiff and The Estate of Charlotte Borowski, Deceased are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 16-G CINNAMON LAKE NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4910, PAGE 860, AND ALL IT'S ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
