NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009818 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, as Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Lauren D. Bowers are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 205, BELLEAIR OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE(S) 8 THROUGH 10 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5009, PAGE(S) 3 THROUGH 46 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
