Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 31, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITION, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM V, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4485 AT PAGES 1615 THROUGH 1666, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23 AT PAGES 56 THROUGH 58, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2750 SAND HOLLOW UNIT 181 A, CLEARWATER , FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
