BOOK 4915, PAGE 1290 AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 108 AND 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2465 HERRON TERRACE #101B, CLEARWATER, FL 33762; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
