and commonly known as: 6865 NORTH 298TH AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
