You are notified of the institution of this action against you by Plaintiff seeking to quiet title to the following real property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
Lot 17, Block B, MANGO PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 38, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
with a street address of 625 39th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33703, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before 12/26/12, or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action (whichever is later), and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court St., Clearwater FL 33756, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief in the AMENDED complaint petition.
