NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 315 of LAKE HIGHLANDER RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit B (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached thereto and incorporated herein by reference. With the following street address: 1500 County Road 1, Lot 315, Dunedin, FL 34698.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #107 of SARAH N. WOODS and JOANNE CHRISTIANSEN, for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and outstanding Promissory Note.
And the mobile home situated thereon described as: 1978 Scout Doublewide: ID# 4178A, Title #15587466, Real Property ID No. R-3-53357 and ID# 4178B, Title #15587467, Real Property ID No. R-3-53358
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 7, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
