NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522011CA007605XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JAMES LALL JR; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; MEADOWLAWN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JAMES MAYBERRY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of December, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
