NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 14 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007601 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES SPMD 2004-C, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES SPMD 2004-C UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DEC 1, 2004 is Plaintiff and SHARON DENISE WOODS F/K/A SHARON DENISE GORDON; MANEY SHERROD WOODS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ARLINGTON PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. A/K/A ARLINGTON PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, ARLINGTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 35 AND 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
