NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09014937CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Huy C. Tran, Citibank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, Huong Thi Le, Tuy V. Tran, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
