NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-016978 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under The Pooling And Servicing Agreement Relating To IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Devere M. Kiss, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
