NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09012112CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE D. ROSA A/K/A MICHELLE D. ROSA-BLACK, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit N-1005, REGATTA BEACH CLUB A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, pages 1 through 17, and Condominium Plat Book 132, pages 80 through 96 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13243, page 420 et seq., and the amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 13265, page 850, et seq., and O.R. Book 13678, page 838, et seq., all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
