NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09002151CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and RONALD H. BURNS, II A/K/A RONALD HAWTEY BURNS, II, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 40, GRANDVIEW TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:BEGGINING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 40; THENCE SOUTH-EASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 40 A CHORD DISTANCE OF 60 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 40, LYING 170 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 40; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 40, 170.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 40, 60.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 40; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 40, 160.00 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
