NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9,2012, and entered in Case No. 12-000251-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Town Shores of Gulfport 209, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs of Frances A. Unterkoefler, Alex Unterkoefler and Unknown Tenant are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 28, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EMBASSY HOUSE UNIT 809 OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 209, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3916, PAGE 191, ET. SEQ., AND AS AMENDED , AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 40 THROUGH 42, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
