NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012_, entered in Case No.: 10-000966-CI (30) in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC MORTGAGE, a Division of PNC Bank, N.A., is the plaintiff, and WALDA LOPEZ-RITAS and NELLY MCNULTY, are the defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on January 23, 2013, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of UNIT 303C and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CRIMSON ON THE GULF, A CONDOMINIUM, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 8702, pages 1842 et seq., and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 115, Pages 83 through 85, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
