Notice is given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-5614-CI-007 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which Regions Bank is the Plaintiff and LINCOLN AVENUE, LLC, and the unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other party claiming by, through, under, or against the foregoing, PURE POSTCARDS, INC., THE STORM WAREHOUSE LLC, ZIP PRINTING AND MAILING, INC., DRU JEANIS, and IRMA JEANIS, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of January, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 35, 36, 37, AND 38, OAKLAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1227 & 1237 South Lincoln Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
