LOT 4 AND THE SOUTH FORTY FEET (40`) OF LOT 5, BLOCK 22, OVERLOOK SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 36 THROUGH 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 4150 HELENA STREET NORTHEAST, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33702
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before January 2, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
