Lot 32 of Hi-Ridge Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 8, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m., EST.
Notice Required by Florida Law: Any person claiming an interest in surplus funds generated from the sale of the foreclosed property, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
