NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 13, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 10-008943-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, SANDRA FARNSWORTH, DECEASED; JASON JOHN GILLETTE, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SANDRA FARNSWORTH, DECEASED; TRACY MARIE RICCI, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SANDRA FARNSWORTH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; CAROLINA FIRST BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO MERCANTILE BANK; STONE'S THROW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 20 TO 26 INCLUSIVE; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6017, PAGE 2153, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
