NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 07, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-022363-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and DIANA SALAZAR; CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 64, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE II), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 23, 1983 IN O.R. BOOK 5669, PAGES 189 THROUGH 257, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
