NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 28, 2012, and entered in 12-002169CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROU GH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-Z, is the Plaintiff and DAVID BONNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID BONNER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
