SMILER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCSSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC, NO.1, A CONDOMINIUM; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 6931, PAGE 2260, AND O.R. BOOK 7565, PAGE 1304, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 25 AND 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
