NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-019240 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee For The Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-BC3, is the Plaintiff and Zinia Ivette Sanchez-Torres A/K/A Zinia Sanchez Torres, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
