SHERRI DAVIS whose last known address was 136 Bay Plaza, Treasure Island, Florida 33706, and all claimants, persons, or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under the above named or described defendant to the Property, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on LISA R. WILCOX, ESQ., whose address is 721 1st Avenue North, Suite 100, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 and telephone number is727-821-1707 on or before January 2, 2013, and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for mortgage foreclosure and the relief demanded in the complaint.
