YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage and for declaratory and supplemental relief pursuant to Chapter 86, Florida Statutes, on real property in Pinellas County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
The South 62 feet of Lot 10, Block 6, REVISED MAP OF CLEARWATER BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before January 2, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the THIRD AMENDED Complaint.
