NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010095, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COMMUNITY FIRST BANK OF CHARLESTON is the Plaintiff and DARLA GOOSEN A/K/A DARLA L. GOOSEN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WILLOW POND PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLA GOOSEN A/K/A DARLA L. GOOSEN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of January, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, WILLOW POND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
