BOOK 15472, PAGES 1672 THROUGH 1680 AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 145, PAGE 57 THROUGH 61, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 145, PAGES 64 THROUGH 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 201 6TH ST S 206, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33701; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
