B, BUILDING NO. 2913, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 8 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 15 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4962, PAGE 1643, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5009, PAGE 522 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
