Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2012 and entered in this cause (Case No.: 12-7531-CI-19) in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Reba C. Turner and Teddy D. Turner are the Plaintiffs and the above are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 27th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The North 75 feet of the East 173 feet of the West 223 feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 613 S. Missouri Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
