NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-011343 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT3 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and Michal A. Boetzel a/k/a Michal D. Davis, The Unknown Spouse of Michal A. Boetzel a/k/a Michal D. Davis n/k/a James Davis, Jr. , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 37 FEET OF LOT 6, AND THE WEST 23 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 11, COOLIDGE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
