NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-002194 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF12 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF12, is the Plaintiff and Stephanie Gallenstein, Beverly S. Eckler, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for First Franklin a Division of Nat. City Bank of In, Tenant #1 NKA Steve Joustra , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11 AND THE NORTH 15 FEET OF LOT 12, BAY PINES MANOR, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
