NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed on November 14th, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18th, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008869 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and DORIS L. RAE, et.al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 105-B, PHASE IV, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VIII, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 98 THROUGH 102, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4641, PAGE 917, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Located: 2584 FOREST RUN CT, UNIT #105B, CLEARWATER, FL 33761
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
