NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-0350-CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Timothy Dunn, Sherri Dunn and Midland Funding LLC as successor in interest to Chase Bank USA, N.A., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, in Block 2, of Sparkle Lake Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 48, at Page 14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 4580 85th Terrace, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
