NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 29, 2012, and entered in 08-016367-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and ANDRZEJ BUSZEWSKI; LONGINA BUSZEWSKI; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 32, RUN SOUTH 89DEGREES 19'49” EAST, 1324.03 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01DEGREES 12'29” EAST 968.28 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 01DEGREES 12'29” EAST, 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89DEGREES 28'35” EAST, 130 FEET, THENCE NORTH 01DEGREES 12'29” WEST, 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89DEGREES 28'35” WEST, 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
