NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of November, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-1346CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein NORMAN F. ADAMS is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 15-C, THE LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM II, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in OR Book 4615, Pages 396 through 445, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 58 through 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
