NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10015137CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURHCASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and LORI DUFFY A/K/A LORI J. DUFFY A/K/A LORI JEAN DUFFY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, Orange Estates of St. Petersburg First Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 13 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and limitations of record, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
