NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-17383 CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-NC1 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1 , is Plaintiff and Brian Hughes and Dawn Hughes a/k/a Dawn M. Hughes, Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 4, Biltmore Terrace, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 2674 62nd Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
