NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08010973CI (008), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR15 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and MICHELE LABARILE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE LABARILE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TODD SIPIALA; ST. ANDREWS COVE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANDREW'S COVE, I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 83 THROUGH 92, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4493, PAGE 1882, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4507, PAGE 2165; O.R. BOOK 5346, PAGE 615; O.R. BOOK 5421, PAGE 848; O.R. BOOK 6020, PAGE 427; O.R. BOOK 7013, PAGE 582, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
