NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522008CA015913XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS OF AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST is Plaintiff and THEODORE W. WINTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THEODORE W. WINTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTERATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of January 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, GROVE HEIGHTS ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
