NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000164 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Stanley Andrew Blekicki a/k/a Stanley A. Blekicki are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, PINE LAKES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 75 THROUGH 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
