NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000969 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and William Dale Schwartz a/k/a William D. Schwartz and Linda Jean Schwartz a/k/a Linda J. Schwartz, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 59, CORTEZ ESTATES, 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
