NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 011969, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DAVID R. STRUBER; SUNBOW BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; SANDRA L. STRUBER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2B, SUNBOW BAY, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 885, PAGE 883, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 19 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
