NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007934, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and LAYMOND C. DYER; LARRY DIMMITT CADILLAC, INC.; THOMAS P. KASZUBA; MELISSA REYNOLDS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAYMOND C. DYER N/K/A LINDA DYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA REYNOLDS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
