NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated on November 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004439 pending in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and HILDA V. GUERRO and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HILDA V. GUERRO AS TO UNDIVIDED ½ INT, NICHOLAS P. GUERRO AS TO UNDIVIDED ½ INT, AND CARLA J. GUERRO AS TO UNDIVIDED ½ INT, JOHN DOE AND MARY DOE, SUNTRUST BANK, and SUTTON PLACE ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of December, 2012, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit T-2, SUTTON PLACE (formerly Longboat Harbour South), a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 555, Page 766, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 15, as thereafter amended, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 556 Sutton Place, #556, Longboat Key, Florida 34228
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
