NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007522 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Nelda J. Hamm are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 1005, PAGE 2891, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH CERTAIN YEAR: 1974, MAKE: CLARK, VIN# BM8293, TITLE# 11125313, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
