NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007522 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Nelda J. TOGETHER WITH CERTAIN YEAR: 1974, MAKE: CLARK, VIN# BM8293, TITLE# 11125313, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
