NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 000834 Div. B of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and ROSA A. ANGULO a/k/a ROSA AMPARO ANGULO, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a MICHELLE CAMPOS, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a PHILLIP FERREIRA, RAINTREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MANATEE RAINTREE ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on JANUARY 4, 2013, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Unit 601, RAINTREE, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 756, Page 498, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 40 through 47, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
